Dr. Ngozi Victoria Enelamah is a pastor, interdisciplinary educator, and researcher whose heart's hunger and mission is to help others fulfill their purpose in God, and assist them to be the best they can be.

Dr. Enelamah is an institutional capacity-building and health systems strengthening expert focusing on adolescent, maternal and child health. She is the founder of Synaptogen Africa Consulting and Reach Young People Development Africa Foundation (RYPE Africa), a nonprofit that implements programs to reach, restore, and facilitate the development of children, youth, and families towards personal and national transformation.

A university professor, Dr. Enelamah’s research and interventions use quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, and community-based participatory approaches to investigate health disparities among children and youth of sub-Saharan African origin, including immigrant and refugee families. Dr. Enelamah directs the PIRCAR lab at her college where they work to promote and integrate mental and behavioral health into allied services.

She leads several initiatives that support the KARM mission and ministries. Her passion for seeing successful marriages led to the founding of the Institute for Success in Marriage programs, which hosts the MarriageWorks and LoveWorks sessions for married and single people. A trainer and conference speaker, Dr. Enelamah is the author of several peer-reviewed articles, including her book, How to find the love of your life.

Dr. Enelamah earned her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA from the University of Lagos, a master’s in international education policy from Harvard University, and a master’s and PhD in social work from Boston College, U.S.A. Dr. Enelamah is a multitalented homemaker extraordinaire and has been married to the love of her life, Apostle John Enelamah, for over a quarter of a century. Their marriage is blessed with three children.

John C. Enelamah is a widely traveled apostolic leader, social reformer, pastor, teacher, mentor, discipler of men and women, conference speaker, and author. John’s primary calling is to strengthen the Church by spreading the fires of revival and reformation. His burden is to help people and society transform through the preaching of the gospel of the kingdom and thereby fulfill the Great Commission.

Apostle John is the President/Founder of Kingdom Apostolic Revival Ministries (KARM), Founding Pastor of EndTimes Revival Ministries (ERM), and a co-founder of the Apostles in the Market Place (AiMP) Network. Apostle John is the host of the Radio program Lessons from the School of Life. John and his wife, Ngozi, also run the Institute for Success in Marriage program, which hosts the MarriageWorks and LoveWorks sessions for married and singles respectively.

Apostle John is the host and convener of the Mission To West Africa (MTWA) conferences. The MTWA is a school of ministry dedicated to strengthening and supporting Bishops, Pastors, Church and Christian Leaders, Professionals in the Marketplace, and Rising Leaders on college campuses to have a lasting impact in society.

Apostle John is the author of several books including Understanding the Laws of the Universe, Life Planning, Blueprint for Nigeria, and Go Forward. A graduate of Quantity Surveying from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, he obtained his ministerial license from Life Ministerial Association (LMA), Irvine, California, and is a Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. He is married to Ngozi, and they are blessed with three children.

Olumide Olugbenle is a visionary leader with over 36 years of experience in audit, accounting, finance, business development, and human capital development across diverse sectors. A values-driven professional, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and a passion for empowering individuals and organizations to achieve transformative growth.

As CEO of Cyrus & Arrows and Senior Faculty at the Institute for National Transformation, Olumide has led and co-led consulting, training, mentorship, and coaching initiatives across Africa, the Caribbean, and North America. His expertise in mediation, impact measurement, and leadership development has made him a trusted advisor for organizations seeking sustainable success. As a Lead Pastor, he led a team to build a thriving community of transformational leaders and established a foundation, showcasing his commitment to societal transformation.

His voluntary leadership roles, including Chair of the Directors Forum for the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria and Director for Training in the South-West Zone, highlight his dedication to fostering learning and development. He is currently on the Board of Institute for National Transformation International and Nigeria, amongst several others.

A lifelong learner, Olumide holds an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, a bachelor’s degree in economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a Certified Tax Practitioner, Certified Mediator, Family Life Practitioner, and in 2025 concluded studies in Politics, Public Policy, and Governance. Known for his integrity and empathetic leadership, Olumide shapes frameworks prioritizing ethical stewardship.

Prof. Ike Mark Nwachukwu

Provost Designate | Professor of Agricultural Extension & Rural Development

Ike Mark Nwachukwu is a Professor of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development at the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, Nigeria. He earned his Master’s and Doctorate degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, where he studied Agricultural Communication and Agricultural Extension respectively.

He has published more than one hundred research articles in journals, proceedings, and invited keynote addresses. He has authored and edited twelve textbooks in agricultural extension, community development, and communication. Professor Nwachukwu was once a Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and served as a Research Advisor at Shell Petroleum Development Company, Port Harcourt, Nigeria (2012–2013). He has graduated over 35 Ph.D. candidates.

He is an active leader across prominent professional bodies, including the Agricultural Extension Society of Nigeria (AESON), Nigerian Forum for Agricultural Advisory Services (NIFAAS), and Agricultural Society of Nigeria. He is the Founding President of The Society for Community and Communication Development Research and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Community and Communication Research.

Professor Nwachukwu has consulted for numerous local and international organizations. A dedicated teacher of the Word and discipler of believers since committing his life to Christ at age 12, he brings rigorous academic leadership and deep spiritual grounding to the FEE Institute. He is married to Olayinka, a Professor of Soil Science, and they have three married daughters.
